Nick is a Managing Partner and Founder of Faraday Partners. He has over 17 years of experience partnering with and advising many of Europe’s most successful founders, entrepreneurs and boards at every stage of the company lifecycle. He has worked extensively across the global venture capital and private equity markets, helping to create sustainable growth and value.

Prior to founding Faraday Partners, Nick helped to build, grow and lead True Search in EMEA as Co-Head of the UK business whilst also scaling and leading teams across the international markets in a period of growth. Earlier in his career, Nick was a key member of The Up Group, a London-headquartered search firm focused on the digital economy. Previously, Nick led the TMT practice internationally for a global search firm, placing C-Level executives into some of the world’s most recognisable brands across high-growth sectors.

Nick read Art History at the University of Newcastle and has a First Class Masters in Property Investment and Asset Management from the University of Birmingham.
