Quorso, the category-defining Intelligent Management Platform helping global retailers and hospitality businesses turn strategy into frontline action, has appointed Kristen Lyons as its new Senior Vice President of Sales. The appointment follows a partnership between Faraday Partners and Quorso’s leadership team, led by Julian Mills, CEO, and Phil Thorne, COO/CFO, as the company accelerates its next phase of international growth.

Kristen joined Quorso at a pivotal moment as the business continues to scale its enterprise customer base across North America, Europe, and beyond. Reporting directly to Julian, she leads all aspects of the global sales organisation, with a mandate to build a repeatable, high-performance go-to-market engine capable of supporting Quorso’s ambition to become the category leader in intelligent operations.
Previously, she served in senior commercial leadership roles at Suzy, where she led strategic accounts, enterprise expansion, and customer success, contributing to significant ARR growth and consistently strong net revenue retention. Prior to this, she held senior commercial roles at Syndigo, Signal, Market Track, and Mintel, building a career defined by disciplined execution, data-led sales leadership, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes.
