Declan Sinclair

Declan is a Senior Associate at Faraday, where his main focus is driving search strategy and execution for high-growth technology businesses. He has developed his expertise in recruiting within PE backed enterprise SaaS and financial services organisations. He works closely with clients throughout the search process, from initial market mapping through to candidate assessment and final appointment.

Prior to Faraday, he spent over four years at True Search, progressing from Analyst to Associate, where he executed searches for high-growth technology businesses. He focuses primarily on PE and VC-backed businesses, working globally with companies across differing sectors.

He holds a degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Scientific Thought from the University of Leeds.
