Andrew Stephen
Andrew is a Partner at Faraday Partners, leading the firm’s focus on Food Systems and AgTech. He works with high-growth ventures and investors to build the specialised leadership infrastructure required to scale nature-based solutions.
Recognising that biology does not scale like software, Andrew helps clients move beyond linear playbooks to identify leaders with the rare "systems-thinking" capabilities needed to navigate the nuance of soil health, supply chain resilience, and deep climate tech.
Andrew brings deep operator experience to the firm. As the former CEO of the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA), he scaled the organisation into a global network of over 12,000 kitchens. He was Chief Impact Officer at Foodsteps, leading them through a funding round and PE exit. Most recently, he helped Wildfarmed build their nature MRV (Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) proposition in 2025.
He remains deeply embedded in the sector as a Trustee of the London Wildlife Trust and a Director of the Kent Food Partnership, ensuring his talent advisory work is grounded in the practical realities of the ecological transition.
