This hire was the outcome of a partnership between Lars Pedersen, CEO of beqom, and Faraday Partners, with Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner and George Button, Principal leading the search.

Hilke brings over two decades of experience in the software and IT sector, having held senior regional and global leadership roles at Elastic, New Relic, Teradata, and Microsoft. Most recently, as Senior Director of Marketing EMEA at Elastic, she was instrumental in shaping the company’s regional marketing strategy, leading cross-functional teams and delivering demand generation programs that supported aggressive growth goals across the EMEA region.

Hilke brings a strong international perspective to beqom, having lived in four countries and led programs across 30+ markets on four continents. Known for her customer-centric approach, operational efficiency, and get-it-done mindset, she is a highly regarded leader who excels in building and scaling high-performing marketing teams. As Chief Marketing Officer, Hilke will join beqom’s executive leadership team and report directly to Lars.
