Eon de Quelen

Eon is a Partner at Faraday Partners, specialising in leadership architecture and executive hiring for high-growth, VC- and PE-backed technology companies. He works with founders, CEOs and investors at critical growth inflection points — helping them design leadership teams that evolve alongside scale.

Eon's work spans Investor, Board, CEO and C-suite appointments, with particular depth in the People & Talent functions, across investor-backed technology businesses.

Prior to joining Faraday Partners, Eon spent seven years at The Up Group, one of Europe’s leading technology executive search boutiques, where he advised scaling technology companies and their investors on senior leadership evolution and hiring.

He began his career as a technology corporate finance lawyer in VC and PE, before joining Balderton Capital. This experience gave him first-hand exposure to the dynamics between CEOs, boards and investors during periods of rapid growth and capital deployment.

Eon holds a Masters in French & Politics from Edinburgh University, a CEP from Sciences Po (France) and GDL & LPC from BBP Law School (London).
