Eon de Quelen

Eon is a Partner at Faraday Partners, focusing on leadership hiring for high-growth, VC- and PE-backed technology companies. He works with founders, CEOs and investors on what is consistently the hardest and most value-critical challenge in scaling a company: People & Talent - alongside Board, Investor, CEOs and senior leadership hiring across investor-backed technology businesses.

Prior to joining Faraday Partners, he was with The Up Group, a leading European executive search boutique, where he advised high-growth technology businesses and their investors on senior leadership hiring.

Eon began his career as a corporate finance lawyer focused on VC and PE transactions in the tech market, before joining Balderton Capital as Legal Counsel. This background has given him first-hand experience of working at the intersection of CEOs, boards, and investors of scaling companies.

Eon has a Masters in French & Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a CEP from Sciences Po (Grenoble) in France.
