George is a Principal at Faraday Partners, focusing on leadership hiring for high growth technology companies. He specialises in marketplaces, fintech & SaaS businesses, partnering with founders and investors to build best-in-class executive teams that drive growth and scale.

Before joining Faraday Partners, George worked at Uber, in Amsterdam, where he focused on Executive Hiring across EMEA. He worked across all business lines including: Mobility, Delivery, Payments, Advertising, covering all leadership positions: General Managers, Operations, Community Operations, Sales Directors as well as Corporate Functions and Engineering Leadership additionally, hiring Non-Executive Directors for regulated entities in the region.

He started his career at Egon Zehnder in their CFO Practice where he partnered with investors and management teams across Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed technology and consumer businesses.

George studied Politics at Newcastle University.
