Ellie Minett

As an Analyst at Faraday, Ellie leads market and candidate research across early-stage and high-growth internet and software companies. By understanding how each market is structured and where it is growing, she builds a map of the talent across it, supporting the team in identifying and assessing candidates for each search.

Ellie read Biological Sciences at the University of Edinburgh, specialising in Ecology. Her Honours included writing code to visualise bacterial population dynamics under antibiotic exposure, and training as a diver to conduct marine research in South Africa. 

She graduated in 2024 with a first class honours degree.
