Sonia Shah

Sonia Shah is a Principal at Faraday Partners with 10 years of experience in executive search and VC Talent for early- and growth-stage US technology companies across B2B SaaS, AI/ML, and Consumer. Having recently relocated from New York to Lisbon, Sonia is now applying this background as she expands her work across the European market.

Prior to joining Faraday Partners, Sonia worked with top startup executive search firms in the US including True Search and SwingSearch supporting founders with the critical task of recruiting top C-suite and VP-level talent across all functions. She also worked in VC Talent at General Catalyst and SignalFire as a trusted advisor to their portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, she was a Management Consultant at PwC.

Sonia has a MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
