Stacks.ai has appointed Julien Lannelongue as Vice President of Sales, marking a key leadership hire as the company scales from early commercial traction toward enterprise-grade growth.

Stacks.ai is building an AI-native platform designed to transform how finance teams manage the monthly close. By integrating directly with ERP systems, banking feeds and financial workflows, the platform uses autonomous yet fully auditable AI agents to automate reconciliations, journal categorisation, transaction matching and financial analysis. The result is a more intelligent and scalable operating system for enterprise finance teams, reducing manual work while improving visibility, accuracy and operational efficiency.

“Faraday understood our business and the type of sales leader we're looking for. They created a structured process to evaluate candidates. We felt that they were part of our team and a sparring partner in the search. The search was professionally well-organised, so we knew where we were in the process and what the market options were. We're happy with the outcome.”

- Albert Malikov, CEO of Stacks.ai.

Following strong early product-market validation, Stacks.ai is now entering a new phase of scale. The company surpassed $1M ARR within nine months of launch, secured approximately 30 customers, and recently raised a $23 million Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners to support its transition toward an enterprise-first go-to-market strategy.

Julien joins with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS sales organisations across technically sophisticated software environments. Throughout his career, he has consistently helped companies evolve from founder-led or early-stage momentum into more structured, repeatable commercial engines. Most recently, he led Corporate Sales EMEA at Pigment, following senior sales leadership roles at Teleport, Salesforce and Tableau, where he built and managed international enterprise sales teams across multiple regions.

“The team didn’t just help me schedule each step, they prepared me with sharp, relevant insights tailored to every person I met. Their strong business mindset made a real difference throughout the process.”

- Julien Lannelongue, VP Sales of Stacks.ai.

As Vice President of Sales, Julien will lead the continued development of Stacks.ai’s enterprise revenue organisation, helping the company scale its go-to-market infrastructure while supporting its ambition to become a category-defining platform in modern enterprise finance.

This assignment was led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner with support from Sonia Shah, Principal at Faraday Partners, in partnership with Albert Malikov, Founder & CEO of Stacks.ai, and Farid Sedjelmaci, COO of Stacks.ai.
