Partnering with Shiftmove’s leadership, we shaped their customer-centric strategy and talent blueprint as the company scaled across Europe’s mobility software landscape. In our ongoing collaboration, we’re supporting the appointment of a Head of Customer Experience by defining responsibilities, candidate criteria, and assessment frameworks that align tightly with Shiftmove’s mission. This role is pivotal to elevate voice-of-customer, retention, and cross-product satisfaction as Shiftmove integrates Avrios, Vimcar, and new product lines.
