Shiftmove, the next-generation fleet management software (FMS) platform that offers digital solutions for the automotive industry, has appointed Victor Copete as their new Director of Customer Experience. This follows after an executive search led by George Button, Principal and Thomas Chorliet, Managing Partner at Faraday Partners, partnered with Shiftmove’s leadership team led by Francine Gervazio, CEO and Manuel Schuler, General Manager.

Victor brings over two decades of experience in customer experience leadership, digital transformation, and operational excellence across international software organisations. Most recently, he served as VP of Customer Experience at Nextlane, where he led a team of over 130 professionals supporting 80,000+ users across EMEA. There, he successfully transformed traditional customer support into a strategic, value-driven organisation by integrating customer success, product, and professional services teams to drive retention, satisfaction, and ARR growth.

Prior to Nextlane, Victor held senior leadership positions at Cegid, Autodesk, and Emerson Automation Solutions, where he played a key role in developing customer-centric cultures, improving service delivery, and optimising operations to support sustainable business growth. His proven ability to align customer outcomes with business goals makes him uniquely positioned to elevate Shiftmove’s customer experience strategy as the company enters its next growth phase.
