As a Senior Associate at Faraday, Will leads search strategy, candidate assessment, market mapping, and executive research for high-growth software and technology businesses. He has developed particular expertise in recruiting Go-To-Market leaders, while also delivering C-suite appointments across a broad range of functions.

Will joined Faraday in October 2023 as the firm’s first Analyst and has since progressed through the Associate and Senior Associate roles, reflecting his strong track record and contribution to the business’s growth.

Prior to Faraday, Will worked at Barclaycard, one of the world’s leading payments companies. He holds an MA in International Relations and a BA in History from Newcastle University. Alongside his studies, he worked as a Researcher within Newcastle University’s Environmental Politics department, supporting academic research and analysis on environmental policy and global political issues.
