Jeremy Cowen

Jeremy is Faraday Partners’ Principal - Strategic Initiatives. His focus is on building private tech leadership teams, and on growing Faraday’s own team internally. Jeremy believes that to build a best-in-class team you must do things differently, a belief mirrored in Faraday’s own blend of backgrounds: as previous operators at Uber, as the COO of a scale-up, and founders of the fastest growing executive talent firm in private technology. 

Before joining Faraday, Jeremy spent six years at Kea Consultants, the buyside search firm,  where he specialised in hiring investors at all levels for the best Venture and Growth funds globally. 

He started his life as a singer freelancing around London whilst singing in Trinity College Cambridge’s choir as a Choral Scholar.
