Ella Hauser

Ella Hauser is a Senior Associate at Faraday Partners, with 10 years of experience specialising in senior leadership appointments across Europe and APAC.

Ella partners with private equity investors and venture-backed software companies to identify and secure exceptional executive talent. Her work focuses on Chief Executive and senior commercial leadership appointments, helping organisations navigate growth, international expansion and long-term strategic transformation.

Prior to joining Faraday, Ella spent four years at Odgers as part of its Global Technology Practice. She advised technology companies and investors on building high-performing executive teams and boards across the global B2B and B2C landscape.

Originally from New Zealand, Ella began her career with one of APAC’s leading executive search firms before relocating to the UK in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago.
