Welcome to the Jungle, the recruitment marketing platform that blends employer branding, recruitment software and career media to help companies attract, engage and hire talent, has appointed Muriel Bougeant as Chief Financial Officer. Muriel joins the executive leadership team, reporting to and working alongside CEO Jérémy Clédat and the wider organisation as the company enters its next phase of international growth and prepares for future financing.

Muriel brings more than three decades of experience leading finance functions across FMCG, industrials, e-commerce and cloud infrastructure. Most recently, she served as Group CFO at La Redoute, where she led a 100+ person finance organisation.

Before La Redoute, Muriel was CFO of Scaleway, where she built the finance function from near zero, Earlier in her career she held senior roles at OVHcloud , Tereos Syral, McCain Foods , Energizer and SC Johnson Wax, where she gained extensive experience in performance management, international expansion, SAP and SOX rollouts and industrial controlling across Europe.
