Gladia, the company redefining the intersection of voice and AI by building the world's most developer-friendly real-time transcription and audio intelligence platform, has appointed Maxime Gaudin as their new Chief Technology Officer. This follows a global executive search led by Thomas Chorliet and Andrew Banks, Managing Partners at Faraday Partners, in collaboration with Jean-Louis Quéguiner, CEO and Thibaut Le Boulaire, COO of Gladia.

Maxime brings over a decade of experience building and scaling complex technology infrastructures in high-growth environments. Having held key engineering and leadership positions at Malt, Matcha, and most recently MadKudu, Maxime has a track record of taking products from conception to scale. This means growing teams from early-stage to hundreds of engineers and leading technical transformations that enable rapid commercial growth.

Most recently, Maxime was the Chief Technology Officer at MadKudu. Before that, he held the same position at Matcha, which he co-founded. At Gladia, Maxime reports directly to Jean-Louis and as a key executive team leader, leads all aspects of engineering in a critical period of growth. His experience as both a hands-on engineer and strategic technology leader uniquely positions him to strengthen Gladia’s mission of unlocking human communication through intelligent voice technology.
