Semble, the London-based healthcare technology company, has secured £30 million in Series C funding. The round was led by European growth investor Revaia and joined by Partech, with existing investors Mercia Ventures and Octopus Ventures both returning to support the business.

The raise lands at a notable moment for Semble: more than 10 million people (roughly a sixth of the UK population) have now been treated by a clinician working on its platform. Built to replace the patchwork of disconnected tools that clinics juggle today, Semble brings scheduling, records, billing and patient communication into a single system, and counts Nuffield Health, Welbeck and some 1,700 other providers among its customers. TIME recognised it as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies of 2025.

With the new capital, the company plans to win larger hospital groups, lean further into AI as the connective layer across the care journey, and grow its footprint in France. "The practices and groups that win over the next decade will be the ones that deliver the best patient experience end-to-end," said Christoph Lippuner, CEO and Co-Founder of Semble.

Faraday Partners are proud to support Semble in their next chapter of growth. Congratulations to Christoph; Mikael Landau, CPO and Co-Founder of Semble; Tim Knowles, CRO of Semble; Kate Fletcher, VP Marketing of Semble, and their larger team.
