My Money Matters has appointed Gemma Campion as Commercial Director and David Ives as Product and Technology Director, a significant moment for the financial wellbeing business as it scales into an AI-driven, multi-product platform. Gemma is bringing greater structure and performance discipline to the commercial function, converting access and engagement into sustained, long-term customer value across a complex, multi-stakeholder market. Meanwhile, David is leading engineering and product as the business modernises its platform, embeds AI-enabled experiences and accelerates new product launches to transform user engagement.

My Money Matters is a financial wellbeing business operating in the employer and public sector space, helping organisations support the financial health of their workforces. The business works across institutional and public sector environments where sales cycles are long and procurement is complex, requiring a commercial leader capable of navigating that landscape while building the internal systems and culture to support scalable growth.

Gemma joined from Unbiased, where she most recently served as VP of Global Sales having joined the business as Head of Sales in 2024. Prior to that, she spent six years at Contagious, progressing from Global Head of Business Development & Growth to Commercial Director: Memberships, where she built experience scaling revenue across subscription and membership-led models. Earlier roles at Channel Edge Media Ltd, CE Marketing Group Ltd, Media 10 Limited, and techUK gave her a grounding in sales, marketing, and events across media and technology sectors spanning more than a decade.

A three-time CTO, David has spent more than two decades in engineering and technology leadership. His fintech credentials go back to Crowdcube, where he rose from Senior Developer to CTO in three and a half years and led technology at one of the UK’s pioneering equity crowdfunding platforms. He went on to Head of Technology at Equiniti Data and then led engineering teams at high-growth businesses, including as VP Engineering at Decibel Insight, Pusher and Pollen. He returned to the CTO seat at healthtech scale-up Patchwork Health, then at Restrata, which he left to take up his role at MMM. David combines deep hands-on expertise with a long record of building and scaling teams, and he has mentored emerging engineering leaders through bloom since 2021.

These search assignments were led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner and William Batt, Associate at Faraday Partners, in collaboration with Amar Mistry, CEO of My Money Matters; and their wider leadership team: Molly Cross, People & Culture Director; Ben Bailey, Marketing Director; Ashley Boonin, Finance Director.
