Before joining Faraday Will worked at Barclaycard, one of the largest payment companies in the world, where he worked in various teams across commercial, innovation and customer experience.

Will graduated with a Merit in International Relations MA in 2022, previously he had studied History for his BA, both at Newcastle University. Alongside his studies, he worked as a Researcher for Newcastle University’s Environmental Politics department.
