Lucy Bernstein

As Project Lead at Faraday Partners, Lucy is responsible for optimising the client, candidate and internal Faraday experience. She is a key point of contact for our partners, portfolio teams and talent network.

Before joining Faraday, Lucy taught A Level History at Aquinas College in Manchester. Earlier in her career, she led mentoring projects in Manchester with the charity ReachOut UK, which supports young people in developing character and confidence in under-resourced areas.

Lucy graduated from The University of Manchester in 2020 with a BA in History and subsequently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education at Manchester Metropolitan University.
