Nicole Stimpson

As an Associate at Faraday, Nicole leads candidate assessment, market mapping, and research for early-stage and high-growth internet and software companies, with a keen focus on the SaaS and FinTech sectors.

Since joining the firm, she has covered a broad range of functional areas - including Go-To-Market, Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership - supporting executive searches across EMEA and the US. Nicole has developed a particular expertise in Technical Leadership hiring, partnering closely with management teams and investors on these critical appointments.

Nicole read Theology and Religion BA at the University of Oxford, where she was awarded an academic scholarship by Regent’s Park College.
