Fred Callaghan

Fred Callaghan is a Partner at Faraday Partners focused on leadership hiring for high-growth companies, specializing in working with growth-equity and PE-backed companies particularly with CFOs and in finance functions.

Prior to joining Faraday, Fred spent 5 years building a talent function from scratch within EVP, a leading Australian venture capital fund, supporting a range of early to growth stage startups with executive recruitment, leadership advisory and organisational design. Fred started his career in London then relocating to Sydney to set up the Australian arm of a boutique executive search before relocating back to London in 2026 to join Faraday.

Fred read Ancient History & Archaeology at the University of Exeter and has a Masters in International Relations from the same institution.
