Our Partnership
Partnering with WeeFin as it scales from European frontrunner to global category leader, we supported the build-out of its enterprise sales capability to drive predictable, multi-market growth. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, our focus was on strengthening commercial leadership, formalising sales structure, and instilling the operating discipline required for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles. This included enhancing pipeline rigour, forecasting accuracy, and land-and-expand execution across core European markets. Our partnership helped position WeeFin to accelerate ARR growth, establish European dominance, and lay the commercial foundations for international expansion and long-term category leadership.
