Founded by Evan Testa, Julien Fissette and Simon Ternoir, Roundtable is a community-led platform streamlining private market investments by managing the legal, tax and accounting complexities of angel investing. Based in Paris, the platform lets users launch SPVs and funds in days with full administrative support. It currently enables 20,000+ investors across 350+ investment clubs and has facilitated 600+ deals. Roundtable raised $3.2M in Series A funding and is registered to manage EU investment vehicles under the CSSF.
Our Partnership
Partnering with the founders at an early stage, we worked closely on organisational design and leadership strategy, helping Roundtable establish the right foundations to scale within the fast-growing private markets ecosystem. Our role included advising the team on structure, sequencing, and the broader talent landscape. By guiding these decisions with a thoughtful, long-term perspective, we enabled Roundtable to sharpen its strategic positioning, attract the right talent, and lay the groundwork for sustainable growth and future value creation.
