As Personio pursued international expansion, our collaboration with their leadership team was pivotal to identifying a senior cross-boarder leader with extensive experience scaling high-growth technology businesses.The appointment of a high-profile, proven International leader marked a key step in building Personio’s international sales and GTM organisation. The team is expected to grow significantly as the company accelerates geographic expansion and capitalises on the enormous opportunity ahead. In this role, the hire led across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Services in Europe.
