Our Partnership
Partnering with the Founder, Samantha Duncan, and the early leadership team, we worked on organisational design and leadership strategy to prepare Net Purpose for scale. Our involvement focused on advising the team through key structural decisions, sequencing priorities, and the broader talent landscape to ensure the business could grow sustainably. By supporting the leadership with insight into organisational foundations and market positioning, we helped sharpen the company’s story at a critical stage, enabling Net Purpose to strengthen its operating model and position itself for future fundraising, growth, and lasting value creation.
