Founded in 2018 and rebranded in 2024, My Money Matters (MMM) is a financial well-being provider delivering digital-led money coaching, financial tools, and tailored content as an employee benefit. Originally launched as AVC Wise to help local government employees maximise pension contributions, MMM has evolved into a comprehensive platform serving the 91% of the UK population without access to advice. Its product spans pension top-ups, financial health checks, personalised coaching, and digital learning, with new features in development including credit coaching and an AI-powered Smart Coach. Headquartered in the UK with ~80 employees, MMM is led by CEO Amar Mistry.
Our Partnership
As My Money Matters (MMM) entered a major phase of transformation, we partnered with the company on two critical leadership hires to support its ambition of becoming the category leader in financial wellness. The first was the appointment of a Product Director - MMM’s first dedicated product leadership role - to shape a modern product vision, define a multi-product strategy, and enable scale across the UK public sector and beyond. Building on this success, we then partnered again to appoint a Marketing Director, tasked with elevating brand visibility, deepening engagement, and positioning MMM as the category-defining leader in financial wellbeing.
