Our Partnership
We partnered with the founders to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer. This hire was essential to strengthening and scaling the marketing function, evolving the company’s brand, and implementing a go-to-market strategy capable of capturing Heidi’s expanding opportunity in the ski holiday market. By working closely with the leadership team, we ensured that the right marketing expertise was in place to drive sustainable revenue growth, deepen customer loyalty, and support product innovation. Our collaboration also laid the strategic foundations for Heidi’s international expansion and long-term ambition to define mountain tourism globally.
