Our Partnership
Working hand in hand with Chance, the first step was to precisely understand and determine how we could capitalise on digital techniques enabling people to identify the careers most suited to them. By assessing the values, behaviours and goals around social impact, all intrinsic to the DNA of the organisation, we sought expertise which would meet these needs and be capable of overseeing the transformation of an analogue experience to a digital one at a national scale. In building out Chance’s first leadership team, the Founder Ludovic de Gromard was able to grow the organisation for future fundraising and mass-market adoption.
