The appointment comes at an important moment in QIMA's evolution. Following investment from TA Associates and continued expansion across life sciences, sustainability and digital assurance, the business is focused on accelerating the use of automation, data intelligence and AI to transform how quality and compliance are managed globally. With more than 400 million data points captured annually across inspections, audits and laboratory testing, QIMA is uniquely positioned to build increasingly intelligent products that deliver greater transparency, automation and insight to customers worldwide.

Alexis brings more than 16 years of product leadership experience across some of the world's most sophisticated technology organisations. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Stuart, where he led Product Management, Product Design, User Research and Analytics across the company's delivery platform. During his tenure, he helped shape the systems and algorithms responsible for balancing supply and demand, optimising network performance and orchestrating real-time delivery operations across Europe.

Prior to Stuart, Alexis spent almost four years at Amazon, holding senior product leadership positions across both Prime Air and the company's European delivery organisation. There, he launched and scaled innovative delivery services, developed new customer experiences and contributed to some of Amazon's most ambitious logistics and autonomous delivery initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Withings, helping scale the connected health business through a period of significant international growth and product expansion.

This search assignment was led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner and Camille Fauran, Partner, with support from Nicole Stimpson, Associate at Faraday Partners, in collaboration with Sébastien Breteau, Founder & CEO of QIMA; Mathieu Labasse, Chief of Staff to the CEO; Gregory Anzel, CPTO; Dan Teodosiu, Board Member; as well as Adrien Cipel and Rose Deschamps of TA Associates.
