Primo, the Paris-based platform unifying corporate IT management under a single roof, has raised $8 million in a seed round led by Headline and Global Founders Capital, with backing from Pennylane CEO Arthur Waller and Pigment CEO Romain Niccoli. Founded in 2022 by Martin Pannier, Primo replaces the patchwork of tools that most IT teams rely on, stitching together device management, SaaS access, identity, and support into one platform with a unified data layer. That foundation is what makes the real headline possible: autonomous AI agents that don't just answer IT questions but execute end-to-end processes, from ordering a new hire's laptop to revoking access the moment someone leaves.

The traction speaks for itself. Over 400 companies across 10 countries already run their IT through Primo, revenue has quadrupled year-on-year to over $4 million in ARR, and the team is set to double in the months ahead. The new capital will fuel international expansion across the UK, Germany, Benelux, the Nordics, and the US - markets where fragmented IT tooling is most acutely felt.

Faraday Partners is proud to have partnered with Primo as the business scales, placing Benoît Bourdel as Chief Technology Officer last year, a pivotal appointment as the company builds the engineering foundation for its next chapter of AI-driven growth. We look forward to continuing to support Primo as it redefines what corporate IT can look like.
