Nomagic, the world’s leading AI-Robotics company revolutionising warehouse operations through automation, has appointed Patrick Schoenemann as Vice President of Sales, following a search led by Faraday Partners. The appointment was the result of a global executive search process led by Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner at Faraday Partners, in collaboration with Kacper Nowicki, Co-Founder & CEO, and Tristan d'Orgeval, Co-Founder & CSO of Nomagic.

A seasoned executive with nearly two decades of experience driving commercial strategy and revenue growth in high-growth SaaS businesses, Patrick brings a rare blend of startup agility and enterprise discipline. His track record spans roles at Google, where he helped scale enterprise solutions globally, and leadership positions at disruptive SaaS startups and digital transformation pioneers including Targomo, BayWa r.e., and NavVis.

At Google, Patrick held several senior roles over a 14-year tenure, culminating as Global General Manager for the Geo Platform. There, he oversaw a portfolio of 15,000+ clients and delivered consistent double-digit revenue growth by leading customer-centric teams and championing a global transition to more scalable, productized service offerings. His time at Google was marked by a strategic focus on customer lifecycle value, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

More recently, Patrick served as CEO of Targomo, an AI-driven location intelligence platform, where he transformed the company from a project-led operation to a product-first SaaS business. At BayWa r.e., he led digital services and software strategy, launching new software brands and delivering measurable efficiency gains across a global organization. Most recently at NavVis, he held the role of VP Global Enterprise Sales, spearheading growth initiatives in industrial digital twin technologies.
