Edurino, the fast-growing early-learning company shaping the future of “phygital” education, has appointed Alena Rybik as its new Chief Product Officer. This appointment follows a partnership between Co-Founders Franziska Meyer and Irene Klemm and the Faraday team led by Thomas Chorliet, Managing Partner, and George Button, Principal of Faraday Partners.
“This was a crucial hire for Edurino, and Faraday delivered a seamless process. They deeply understood our vision and what we needed in a Chief Product Officer. We felt supported at every step and are incredibly excited about the leader we’ve found for our next chapter.”
- Franziska Meyer, Co-Founder of Edurino.
As Chief Product Officer, Alena joins Edurino at an exciting time; the company is scaling its hybrid learning system across Europe, expanding its retail footprint. Her leadership is central to shaping product vision.
Alena brings over a decade of experience building and scaling high-impact products within some of the world’s most successful gaming franchises. Most recently, she served as the Senior Product Director at King, where she led strategy and execution for the Core Gameplay organisation of Candy Crush Saga. She has consistently delivered double-digit revenue uplifts, introduced new discovery and delivery frameworks, and developed teams into high-performing units across both casual and mid-core game environments. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Avalanche Studios, contributing to the growth of theHunter franchise and building early global communities.
“Faraday presented Edurino as more than a role; it was a mission-driven opportunity with real impact. The process was rigorous, transparent, and highly personal. I’m excited to join at this stage and help scale a product that truly makes a difference.”
- Alena Rybik, Chief Product Officer of Edurino.
This search was led by Thomas Chorliet, Managing Partner, and George Button, Principal at Faraday Partners, with support from Nicole Stimpson, Analyst.
