Spendesk, the AI-powered spend management platform built for mid-market finance teams, has appointed Alan Wright as Chief Technology Officer and Quentin Vigneau as Chief Product Officer. These appointments follow a global executive search delivered in partnership with Axel Demazy, CEO, Victoria Vergnaud, VP Transformation and Strategy, Alfonso Marone, Executive Chairman, Rodolphe Ardant, Founder and President, and Guilhem Bellion, Co Founder Engineering.

Spendesk is entering a pivotal phase as it continues to scale its AI-enabled platform and broaden its footprint across the wider CFO technology stack. The Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer roles are central to this evolution, collectively responsible for strengthening platform foundations, accelerating product innovation, and delivering the next generation of intelligent finance workflows for mid market organisations.

Alan Wright brings over 25 years of experience leading engineering organisations across high growth and scaled technology businesses including Signal AI, Freetrade, Monzo and Spotify. Most recently VP Engineering at Signal AI, where he operated as a de facto CTO, Alan has a strong track record of building and scaling distributed teams, modernising architecture, and driving execution discipline through complex transformation environments. 

Quentin Vigneau brings a strong track record across payments, product leadership and regulated infrastructure. Most recently at Swile, he served as Product Director for Payment and built the company’s EMI infrastructure from the ground up. This included overseeing multi-country regulatory licensing, leading the migration away from BAAS partners and delivering a full issuing stack that supported Mastercard principal membership. Prior to Swile he held senior product roles at Checkout.com, where he scaled ecommerce integrations, accelerated delivery velocity and doubled SMB retail processing volume.
