Metaview, the London and San Francisco-based platform bringing agentic AI to recruiting, has raised $60 million in a Series C led by Insight Partners, with participation from GV (Google Ventures), Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures. The round, which was raised just a year after their last, brings total funding to $110 million and arrives as the company crosses 7,000 customers, from hyper-growth startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.
The new capital will power the general availability of fillmore, Metaview's autonomous recruiting coworker that handles sourcing, outreach, and screening end-to-end, alongside a suite of new specialist AI agents. Metaview is also scaling aggressively - growing from 80 to 250 people by the end of next year and opening a New York office to sit alongside London and San Francisco. In an industry where applications per recruiter have surged over 400% and nearly half of all hires are later regretted, Metaview's bet is that the future of recruiting isn't faster humans; it's always-on agents with humans in control of the decisions that matter.
Faraday Partners is proud to have supported Metaview's growth, placing Stephanie Bowker as Head of Marketing - a key appointment led by Thomas Chorliet, Managing Partner at Faraday Partners, as the company scales its brand and go-to-market engine for the next phase. We look forward to continuing to partner with Siadhal Magos, Shahriar Tajbakhsh, and the team as they reshape how the world hires.
