Spoor is an emerging climate-tech pioneer leveraging advanced AI and computer vision to track and report bird populations, species and flight patterns for wind farm developers and operators. Their products and services enable equipment manufacturers, project developers and wind farm operators to assess the impact of wind farm developments on bird species, complete regulatory certification and gain approval for new developments to meet environmental regulations that underpin the wind industry. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Spoor was co-founded by Ask Helseth and Helge Reikerås in November 2020.

Spoor is increasingly viewed as the leading product to mitigate the impact of wind farms on bird populations. The product has been proven in the field, and several hardware tradewinds are enabling their product strategy to prosper in a niche yet high-value market with no dominant solution. The aim of this partnership was to appoint an overall product leader who can fully configure, define, and deploy the product strategy and roadmap to capitalise on the large and growing market opportunity, accelerate commercial momentum, and meet the ambitious performance and revenue expectations planned for 2026 and beyond.
