Founded by Vlad Lata, Christoph Baumeister and Julian Kley, in 2020 and based in Munich, Avi Medical is a digitally-led network of primary healthcare practices. Leveraging technology to transform the €1.3Tr primary care industry in Europe, Avi Medical operates through an integrated set of patient, doctor and practice management software. In doing so, the platform enables doctors to spend more time on patient care, automating and optimising patient acquisition and management, and empowers patients to monitor their own health, receiving bespoke health recommendations on the patient-facing app.
Our Partnership
Building a company to address the challenges of the health system around primary care is a major undertaking; we knew that attracting global talent to Munich would be critical to Avi Medical’s growth. Having developed and articulated the story of Avi Medical, our search strategy focused upon engaging international candidates who had the capabilities to tackle a new market challenge. By bringing in expertise from outside Avi’s sector but relevant to their growth and expansion, our partnership ensured Avi had the resources to build a world-leading company and capture a huge market opportunity.
