Role Overview

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, sharp, creative, and commercially minded Growth Lead to build and execute a demand generation engine that fuels our pipeline with high-value opportunities across our defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs) - namely, growth-stage technology companies (Series A to Pre-Exit) and the investors that back them. This role will blend content marketing, email, events, community, partnerships, PR, brand and sales enablement into a cohesive, insight-led motion designed to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal velocity. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and external partners to position us as the go-to executive talent partner in our space.

Key Requirements

  1. What We're Looking For
    • 3–5 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing roles, ideally with some exposure to professional services, VC/PE, or tech
    • Proven success driving demand and pipeline for high-consideration services or advisory firms
    • Strong editorial instincts and an eye for brand positioning and narrative
    • Experience running campaigns internationally (especially across Europe is a plus)
    • Comfortable rolling up sleeves, managing vendors, and building from scratch
    • Highly analytical, commercially savvy, and outcome-oriented
    • Super ambition, positivity and a desire for progression and leadership
    • Strong team player, low-ego and entrepreneurial spirit
  2. Success Metrics
    • Pipeline growth and contribution to revenue (meetings booked, opportunities created, deals closed)
    • Email, content, and event performance (engagement, reach, lead quality)
    • Brand visibility within key markets and buyer segments
    • Adoption and ROI of sales and marketing tools

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demand & Pipeline Generation
    • Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting VC/PE firms and their portfolio companies globally
    • Develop and execute strategies across email, content, events, and digital campaigns to consistently fill the top of the funnel
    • Build segmented journeys based on firmographics, stage, and buying signals to increase engagement and conversion
  2. Content & Thought Leadership
    • Design and manage an editorial calendar that blends founder/investor insight with commercial intelligence
    • Commission, write, or curate high-impact and insightful content (e.g., whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, founder interviews, market updates)
    • Amplify our voice through PR partnerships, awards, speaking opportunities, and targeted media
    • Own, lead and develop social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  3. Community & Events
    • Develop and scale a community strategy that engages our core buyer personas: founders, Board members, CEOs, talent leaders, and investors
    • Curate small-format events, roundtables, and intimate dinners that build brand equity and drive referrals
    • Support partnership-driven events with industry groups and capital firms
  4. Systems & Tooling
    • Select, implement, and maintain tooling for marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement
    • Ensure accurate pipeline development, tracking, attribution, and reporting
    • Equip commercial and consulting teams with insights, collateral, and campaign assets to support conversion
